If I Preorder A Ps4 At Eb Games In Store Will I Be Able To Go To Said Store And Pick It Up On Launch Day?

So amazon and gamestop are out of ps4′s and stuff , so I went on ebgames.com.au then saw that it said playstation 4 console (not guarrenteed for launch day). So does that mean if I order this online I may not get it on launch day or does that mean that that if I order it in store I won’t be able to get it on launch day? Or vise versa? Thanks
